In a world where knowledge and information are increasingly becoming tools of control, the Enoch AI language learning model (LLM) offers a beacon of hope for a decentralized future.
During a recent “Health Ranger Report” interview, Mike Adams introduced a groundbreaking initiative aimed at challenging the current monopolies on information. This initiative, known as Enoch, is a proposed artificial intelligence (AI)-powered language model set to be released open-source and freely available starting on March 1.
Named after the biblical figure Enoch, the model will utilize an extensive library of unconventional knowledge encompassing topics such as alternative medicine and UFOs (unidentified flying objects), which have been largely ignored or dismissed by mainstream academia and media.
John Petersen, a leading voice in unconventional phenomena, emphasized the urgency of decentralizing knowledge in the face of growing attempts by centralized entities to control information and, by extension, the population. The award-winning writer warned that the forces behind this centralization, driven by corporate and governmental interests, are pushing for a dystopian, technocratic control over society.
“It’s all about increasing kind of control,” Petersen said. “And the other alternative is this kind of an emergence of a kind of a new human that accesses the intrinsic kind of capabilities and powers and capabilities that are embedded in us that we came with, but have been constrained by the whole system.”
“So we’re in a process here, or a place, where we effectively have to untether ourselves from all of the things that are holding us down which allow us to go off into a new direction and build literally a new world.”
Adams agreed that the decentralization of knowledge is crucial for humanity’s survival, pointing out the limitations of traditional search engines like Google, which he describes as a “blockade of information” rather than a platform for genuine discovery. The free speech platforms architect argued that by providing access to a diverse array of information, from alternative medicine to alternative perspectives on climate change, Enoch could empower individuals to make more informed decisions and question the status quo.
The conversation also delved into the future of AI, with both experts acknowledging the potential of AI to either enhance human capabilities or replace human decision-making. (Related: Joshua Hale on Decentralize TV: The importance of decentralized AI SYSTEMS.)
Petersen emphasized the importance of leveraging AI to augment human abilities, arguing that the technology could be used to foster a new kind of human, one that can access previously dormant latent capabilities. Adams suggested that the AI’s ability to process and generate synthetic data could help in the synthesis of new knowledge, further democratizing access to information.
In addition to discussing the immediate applications of Enoch, both experts explored broader implications of a future where information is freely accessible and open to interpretation. This includes the potential for a broader understanding of mankind’s place in the universe, with Petersen highlighting the significance of UFO disclosure and other unconventional phenomena that challenge mainstream scientific paradigms.
The conversation concluded with a focus on the practical steps needed to ensure the decentralization of knowledge becomes a reality. Petersen and Adams discussed the importance of creating alternative media platforms and leveraging AI to promote critical thinking and informed decision-making.
They emphasized the role of communities and collaborative platforms like the Arlington Institute’s TransitionNet in fostering a transition towards a more equitable and decentralized world.
As the interview drew to a close, both expressed cautious optimism about the potential of this initiative to allow individuals to take control over their own knowledge and, by extension, their lives. They urged listeners to prepare for a period of rapid change, emphasizing the importance of expanding one’s understanding and remaining open to new perspectives.
