It is now okay to tweet whatever is on your mind about the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) without fear of censorship or a ban on Twitter.
Now that Elon Musk is in charge, Twitter is no longer enforcing its Fauci Flu “misinformation” policy, we are told, which only allowed for government-approved content to be shared.
Everyone was bound by that policy except for politicians who were given special political privilege that allowed them to lie about face masks, “vaccines,” and other facets of the scamdemic.
Nothing was officially announced about it, however Twitter did quietly add a note to a Covid-19 policy page indicating the change:
“Effective November 23, 2022, Twitter is no longer enforcing the COVID-19 misleading information policy,” the note reads.
“As the global community faces the COVID-19 pandemic together, Twitter is helping people find reliable information, connect with others, and follow what’s happening in real time.”
Through this, it was further revealed how Twitter was going about censoring accounts that violated said policy. A strike system, reports indicate, was used to punish users for violations.
If a specific tweet ended up with a covid misinformation label, the associated account would be given one strike. If a tweet was deleted, the associated account would be given two strikes.
Once a user reached three or four strikes, a 12-hour account lockout would ensue. Anything after four strikes resulted in permanent suspension.
Between January and September of this year, more than 11,000 Twitter accounts were nuked for sharing unapproved covid content. Another nearly 98,000 tweets were removed, and the accounts associated with them given strikes.
There were also many more tweets that were shadow-banned or given reduced visibility for alleged policy violations.
Once Musk took over, things began to change. About half of Twitter’s content moderation, human rights, and communications teams were laid off while hundreds more quit voluntarily after Musk issued an ultimatum telling them to work “long hours at high intensity” or leave.
Since the Musk takeover, about 62,000 accounts that were permanently suspended in recent years have been reinstated. Musk also tweeted that this is a “revolution against online censorship in America.”
In the comments, someone wrote that the Twitter accounts truly deserving of censorship are those run by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Tony Fauci, and other government entities who are guilty of “lying and murder.”
“I wonder how many people would have been saved from vax death and injury if this ‘policy’ hadn’t been enforced,” wrote another. “I would like to think that the people who did this have this guilt on their conscience, but I believe they are all soulless ghouls who sold out long ago.”
Another expressed skepticism about this sudden change on Twitter and what could really be the motivation behind it:
“Idea for a movie script:
1. Make unbearable conditions for the Chinese until their anger is boiling over
2. Release information that America is the one that is to blame for their suffering because of a man-made virus
3. Open communication pathways in America to foment social unrest about covid origins and the jab
4. Place blame on Chinasocial
5. Set up a CBDC in anticipation of what is inevitably on the way from the upcoming war
6. Watch the carnage unfold and get everyone in the new system.
What a nail biter that would be.”
Someone else agreed, writing that Elon “as white knight,” especially given his past positions on various matters, “smells like a trap to me.”
